In the use of the website www.kentepozidis.com, the present terms of use are applicable, and users are invited to read them carefully and comply with them. The use of the www.kentepozidis.com website implies the unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below, which constitute an agreement between the visitor/user (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “you” and/or “visitor/user”) and the Company. Data relating to any CV data for the job offer will be stored in accordance with the “Candidate Employee Privacy Policy”.

These Terms of Use, as well as any subsequent amendments, are governed by Greek law, the law of the European Union and international treaties and are resolved exclusively on the basis of these unless otherwise specifically stated. Any provision of the above terms of use that is contrary to these provisions shall automatically cease to apply, without prejudice to the validity of the remaining terms.
For any dispute that concerns or may arise from the application of these Terms of Use and the general use of the Website by users, the Courts of Thessaloniki shall be determined as competent and locally competent.
